Places To Check Out On Campus

As the new school year begins, droves of new and returning students fill the halls of Wright College. While the campus can seem like a maze at times, this guide may help those in need of finding what they're looking for.
1. The Gateway/Admissions (Room A120, Mon. - Thurs.: 9 a.m. - 7p.m.) - As the epicenter of the student body, most of the advisors reside in this office. The best place to begin your college planning, students can walk in at any time during office hours. They may also make an appointment with their assigned advisor to discuss their classes or schedule. (773) 481-8200
2. Financial Aid Office (Room A128, Mon. - Fri.: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) - Wright students can apply for financial aid or inquire about any grants at this office. Students can set up an account to have their financial aid deposited. (773) 481-8100
3. Administration (Room A103) - The Administration office houses the mailboxes of every professor and department at Wright. You'll find Wright College President Dr. Charles Guengerich and Wright College Vice President Cynthia Cordes' offices there also.
4. Tutoring Center (Room A245, Mon. - Thurs.: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Fri.: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sat.: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.) - Located on the second floor of the Arts Building, the Tutoring Center provides assistance in nearly every subject. Helpful for students struggling with class work, sessions cost nothing. Students can walk in or call for an appointment. (773) 481-8976
5. Business Services (Room A138, Mon. - Fri.: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.) - The Business Services office offers partial payment plans for students who register early as well as tuition counseling. (773) 481-8500
6. Library (Room L201) - Mon. - Thurs.: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., Fri. - Located on the 2nd floor of the Learning Resource Center, the library offers a large variety of study areas and resources. All available for research, some include microfilm of archived newspapers, reference books, and computers available on the 1st and 2nd floor. (773) 481-8400
